How do I know if people are seeing my profile?

In the My Account Summary page, presenters can view their Profile Statistics - how many times you appeared in search results, and how many people visited your profile, played your video, added you to their Talent Pool, and contacted you in the last seven days. You'll also see how your numbers compare to the TrainerView averages. This can help you easily gauge how well your profile is performing and what changes you can make to improve its performance.

What does it cost to book a presenter?

At TrainerView, employers will never pay a booking fee to hire a presenter. You can search our database for trainers or view their profiles at no charge. To view trainer videos or to contact a trainer, you can register for a monthly, 3-month, or annual all-access subscription membership. The pay schedule listed below shows the one-time fee for a specified timeframe and what the monthly fee will be at the end of this time period.

For example, if you select the All-Access Quarterly Subscription, you pay a one-time fee of $129.00 for three months and $43.00/month after that. The longer you subscribe, the more money you'll save!

What is the cost to upload a profile?

There are three plans for presenters who want to upload their video profile to TrainerView.

Basic Plan Low Traffic
This plan is perfect if you're just starting out and want to test the waters. It's free to post your profile and video. If employers search our database and find you, they will be able to play your video and contact you at no charge to you.

Pay Per View Plan Medium Traffic
Many presenters will want to advertise their video profile, either through email to prospective clients or on other networking sites. With a Pay Per View plan, you choose a personalized URL, which you can use to send clients directly to your profile. With a Pay Per View plan, your account is charged when a client plays the video on your personalized URL. On the first of each month, your credit card is charged for the previous month's usage. Instead of paying for monthly web hosting or expensive yearly fees, you'll only pay if someone plays your video. The more your video is viewed, the less you pay per view ($0.10-$0.25 per view) You are not charged if someone finds your profile through our database and plays your video.

Unlimited Monthly High Traffic
For just $14.95 a month, the Unlimited Monthly plan gives you all the benefits of the Pay Per View plan but with unlimited usage. This plan is perfect if you heavily market yourself and expect high traffic to your personalized URL.

What is TrainerView's refund policy?

Trainers: If you decide to close your Unlimited Monthly account or switch to a Basic or Pay Per View plan, you are entitled to receive a pro-rated refund on your Unlimited Monthly subscription fee based on the number of days since your last billing cycle. We may also refund the full amount for the previous month at our discretion. If you choose to close your Pay Per View account or switch to a basic account, you will only be charged for usage until the day you change your account. One-time setup fees are non-refundable.

Employers: If you decide to close your Employer subscription account, you are entitled to receive a pro-rated refund for any unused months. An unused month is a month where you have played no presenter profile videos and have not contacted any presenters. We multiply the number of months you have used your account by our standard monthly rate of $59 then subtract that from your plan price to determine your refund amount.
